This journey takes in the must see sights of Vietnam while tantalizing the taste buds with some of south-east Asia's finest cuisine. Our 12-day tour takes you to the country's culinary hotspots, from tiny street stalls to the cutting-edge fusion restaurants of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, while touring Vietnam's most famous sights and landmarks.

Begin in Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, exploring the landmarks & experience the cuisine  of the north before moving on to Halong Bay, where you can cruise through this stunning landscape of clear waters and rugged islands. Spend a few days in the imperial city of Hue, experience of royal food & special vegetarian food for monk.  Move on to gorgeous little Hoi An, jam-packed with places serving up amazingly fresh and dynamic food (with a generous helping of history), before heading south to Ho Chi Minh City, where Vietnam's past and future mingle more than anywhere  with  compete for attention with superb restaurants. End your trip with a jaunt to the legendary Mekong Delta, where much of the country's food is produced. Visit a floating market, and indulge in a gourmet lunch in a beautiful colonial-era house.
